Isar Systems understands the need of training in today’s IT environment where new technologies are coming up every other day and existing t echnologies are getting upgraded in no time. From fresh graduates/engineers to working professional we know exactly what you need to succeed in life. We at Isar Systems have developed our training products after in-depth industry analysis which makes these products unique, flexible and best in industry. We have different training programs for different individuals we do not use same training methodologies across individuals. We understand the training needs of fresh graduates and have different programs for them and for working professional we have developed separate programs. On the basis of our research and analysis in both industry and academia we have developed a specialized training program which we have named as IBRIG the bridge between IT and Academia.
IBRIG is a collaborative initiative between industry and academia aimed at fostering the development of IT talent. Its primary focus is to strengthen the bonds between these two sectors and establish a solid foundation to meet future needs. The overarching objective of IBRIG is to establish a framework that allows Isar Systems and academia to join forces in order to enhance competitiveness and elevate the quality of IT education.
The Key Attributes Of This Program Include
live projects
The live project component of IBRIG provides students with hands-on experience at Isar Systems’ Delhi office. They will work in teams to develop project modules and have access to valuable project information and documents. Working alongside experienced professionals for two months, students will gain practical experience in software development, network support, or BPO processes. This live project work allows students to apply what they have learned in a real-world setting.
Vendor Certification
IBRIG offers specialized training for obtaining vendor certifications. At Isar Systems, we understand the importance of global education. This certification training equips students with the knowledge needed to pass exams and earn vendor certificates from companies like Microsoft and Cisco.
Soft Skills & English Language training
This focuses on developing behavioral skills that enable students to live by principles. This program aims to groom individuals into excellent team players with strong communication skills who can easily adapt to the corporate work culture. Special sessions will be conducted to develop soft skills, English language fluency, presentation skills, and professional confidence.
Technical training
Technical training is the cornerstone of , as we have a deep understanding of your training needs and the industry. Our program acts as a bridge to the industry, offering classroom teaching, online mentoring support, and learning through videos. We have developed innovative teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of our training. Our trainers, who come from New Delhi, will provide classroom teaching. Additionally, special sessions on General Software Engineering Process will be conducted.
