Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive company growth through field sales and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales visits to potential clients, networking, and market research.
- Pitch and sell software, IT products, and services, including website development, SEO, and SMO, to high-value clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet complex business objectives.
- Oversee CRM records management, ensuring consistent lead follow-up and conversion of prospects into clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing detailed performance reports to senior management.
- Lead field sales and marketing efforts by visiting businesses to represent the company, promote software, IT products, and services, and foster long-term client relationships.
- Return to the office to submit comprehensive work reports and strategic insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior business development team members to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, with proven field sales experience in software and IT product sales.
- Strong knowledge of software, IT products, website development, SEO, and social media marketing concepts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales tracking processes.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage both field sales and office responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to lead generation and business growth.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales goals.
Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
