Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field sales visits to potential clients and networking opportunities.
  • Pitch and sell software, IT products, and services, including website development, SEO, and SMO.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently to convert prospects into clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide detailed performance reports to management.
  • Conduct field sales and marketing by visiting businesses to represent the company, promote software, IT products, and services, and build client relationships.
  • Return to the office to submit detailed work reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT sales, preferably with field sales experience in software and IT product sales. (Freshers also welcome)
  • Strong knowledge of software, IT products, website development, SEO, and social media marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales tracking processes.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage both field sales and office responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
